在任何条件下，电话卡都是不可退款，也不可以更换。
本电话卡一旦注册，有效期是六个月。
使用手机接电话，通常比用固线电话贵。
快捷通有权在没有事先通知用户的情况下，调整费率。
从代理商处买的电话卡如果注册有问题，原则上找买卡的代理商负责。找可靠的代理商买充值卡，预防买到已经挂失的卡。
