How to Use Aztel Calling Cards?

Register or Top up

After you buy a callback card, send an SMS to our access number to register your phone number in our system. If you are not the first time to use aztel calling cards, you send the SMS to top up values for your phone number. The format of the SMS should be: "A"+ PIN. For example, the 14-digit PIN on the calling card is 99001234567890, then you shloud send SMS "A99001234567890" to the access number.

The system will send you a confirmation SMS if your registration or top-up is successful.

You can also use your mobile phone to register or top up for your land lines.For example, your land line number is 021-1-222333 and the 14-digit PIN on the calling card is 99001234567890, then you shloud send SMS "A99001234567890F260211222333" to the access number.

Make A International Phone Call

There are two ways to make phone calls:

1) Dial access number: when you dial the access number, your phone will ring once and be hang up automatically. You just wait a second, our system will call back to your number. You can pick up the call, a voice will prompt you to dial the country code, area code and phone number of your destination and followed by # key. For example, you want to call a number 22001234 in Beijing, China, after the prompt, you should dial 861022001234#.

2) Send SMS: Send SMS with "T" + country code + area code + destionation number to the access number or just send country code + area code + destionation number (without "T"). For example, you want to call a number 22001234 in Beijing, China, you send "T861022001234" or just "861022001234" to the access number. A callback will come in by a second.

Use Other Phone Number to Receive A Phone Call

In some cases, you may want to use any other phone number to receive the incoming call. Such case can happen as you may want to save cost by receiving a incoming call by land line or help a friend to connect a phone call. For example, your land line number is 021-1-220000 (Lusaka, Zambia), then you need to send an SMS "F260211220000T861022001234" to the access number to connect the call.

Check Balance of Your Callback Card

You can send an SMS "BAL" to the access number to find out what is the balance amount left in your callback card.
